Ever been to craigslist.org? Well check it out.
It’s a HUGE classified kind of site, started by a guy in San Francisco area. It’s filled with job listings, housing, community activities, lost and found, personals, services, discussion forums, and everything else under the sun, sorted by city.
The only problem…no Topeka. There is KC and Witchita….but no dang Topeka. Maybe us Topekans can start an uprising and get Topeka on the board? Start listing your everything!

First off: Sorry. I know there are hordes of people that like to look at my website. The numbers must be staggering. haha. Whatever.
Anways – long time, no post. Why, you ask? I’m busy. The last week and two days have been really great. For various reasons. Some I’ll disclose, others I won’t:
#1 – School is going good. I’m getting A’s. That’s good. But its busy.
#2 – Triple Threat (my band[that I drum in]) is playing Homecoming pregame. 5.45pm – Shawnee Heights Football field place thing. We have been practicing a lot, taking up my extra time for writing.
#3 – Topeka Youth Symphony – good stuff. Rehersals are on Tuesdays. So if you are wondering why I’m not answering my phone, that’s why.
#4 – Scouts – Last night I had my Eagle Board of Review. It’s all good, they recommended me for Eagle. Technically, right now, I am an Eagle Scout. And they told me to tell the world. So here I am.
#5 – A relationship with a certain person, leaves me breathless. So if I’m breathless, I’m trying to gain my breath, thus not writing on my blog. 🙂
THE OUTLOOK
The future is either promising or bleak. I’m not sure what I want to do yet. I’ve been investigating switching from WordPress to Drupal. This doesn’t mean much to most of you…But basically, I would just be moving to a different system, which means a) a better looking site, b) more functionality for building and maintaining my site, c) no more hassling with WordPress problems, and d) working a whole bunch to rebuild to how I want.
So I can ditch this place, keep posting every week and a half like I’ve been doing (which I bet is quite boring for you)(whoever you are)(if you are anybody at all), or start spending a whole lot more time on it. I’m so dang busy right now it’s hard to keep up with, so spending the time to switch to Drupal is looking negative. I’m not sure about ditching or continuing.
…I’ll just have to see how busy I am the next few days and/or weeks.
…I dunno…

Drum corps – two words that most people have no clue about. But some, know all about it and that it’s just about the best thing on earth. It’s very hard to explain, but anyone who has ever been to a drum corps show agrees.
Anways, if you are interested (and you should be), the DCI finals for this season (summer ’05) are going to be on ESPN2 at 9pm. If you can’t watch, tape it. And watch it. It’s awesome.

For all of you people out there that like to tweak your computer, I found a really cool site this afternoon. TweakGuides.com. It’s full of tweaks, for XP users especially, to maximize your computer performance and I know I’ll be trying some of them once I get my laptop back.
BUT, more specifically on the TweakGuides site I found something REALLY great. A Firefox Tweak Guide!!! YES! Want to really maximize your page viewing area? Or make Firefox really really fast? This thing is full of really great settings you can change to make Firefox an even better browser than it is. Soo awesome.
Anyways along with the guide, if you decide to compress your menu bar stuff at the top of your Firefox window…and you use the Bookmarks Toolbar, there is a great way to really compress that. Make a new folder named “Links,” within your Bookmarks Toolbar folder. Put those links you want into this folder. Then use the custom toolbar thing to move it up by your Help menu. Then click View>Toolbars… and uncheck Bookmarks Toolbar. AWESOME!

Wow. Long time since a post. Sorry to all you dedicated blog checkers. I have been unfaithful to the world of blogging. Anyways, I had a real good list of some topics, but appearantly I left it on the computer desk and it got thrown away. Dang. I am at a loss of words. Really.
So I have a couple questions for anyone who really cares.
1. Do you think I should swing my focus for blogging to a more personal kind of thing? Like read about David’s day? I think it would be easier to have things to write about if I did this…but then I might as well go get myself a xanga or something.
2. Do you think I should keep my music and technology focus, with a few other articles in between? If I do this, I want some questions about music and stuff from readers that I can answer, thus giving me a blog entry. OR I want just plain ideas for entries.
So if you care, and have 3 minutes, please write me a comment or an email via the contact page. That would be grrrreat. Meanwhile, I’ll find something else to blog about.
