Yeah, at the top of the state capitol I totally leaned out over the rail to get this shot. I love it!

Guess who found your website like thing?
That’s right. Me.
What? LEAN OVER THE RAIL?
I walked all the way up the freaking scary stairs. And I went outside.
But leaning over the rail?
You crazy, man.
Was it windy? When we went, the it was murder. Also, when we looked over the rail, down at the green dome part, you could see it bend and flex under the harsh beating of the wind. Pretty nifty!
