What a Nerd I Am!

I’ve spent last night and most of today (about 5 hours), working on the computer…installing both Ubuntu and a fresh copy of Windows XP. ugh.

    Awe, don’t “ugh” yourself. If you enjoyed doing it or if it was for a good purpose, so what if it makes you a nerd? (btw, according to some girl at CFL nationals, “nerd” is the new cool…) And even if it was an “ugh” sort of experience, in the long run, it’s for the better, so all is well. 🙂

    I’ve actually been thinking a lot about MM lately. My husband just went through a small collection of Elvis films and I decided to make an MM boxset next on my list. She looks amazing in these photos. I also like the photos of her when she was Norma Jean. There is something sweet and innocent about her when she was a brunette, before the full force of Hollywood was upon her.

    Well of course someone’s mother has been known to say that if you can’t say anything nice, then don’t say anything at all. Fortunately for me, it wasn’t my mother! These are beyond ugly and since you won’t knock them, I will. The sad thing is that someone, somewhere is going to think this is a good look. I’ll have my ticket book out ready to pull them over and throw them in Fashion Jail if they own more than one pair. LOL

    ＞皆さんの目からはどの様に映りますか？悪い人じゃないけど、どこにでもいる残念なパパ＆夫。これから結婚するなら勘弁だけど、結婚して子供居るなら地道に頑張って教育するか、という感じ・・・（ごめんなさいね。率直に言うと・・・。）まだパパ暦浅いから仕方ないといえば仕方ないですかね。ママは必然的にやらないといけないから無理してでもやるんですけどねー。私の夫も、子供が３歳になった今は良きパパですが、最初はなかなか・・・。そうそう、ベビーカーを人にぶつけるのは、他人に対する配慮がないからでもありますが、ベビーカー押すこと自体慣れないと難しいんですよね。育児のひとつひとつって、簡単で誰でもできそうですけれど、意外と慣れないと難しいですよ。ご主人はどんな人でしょうか？負けず嫌いだったら、友達のご主人を引き合いにだすと、じわじわ利くかも？好きなスポーツとかあります？うちは、サッカーが好きなので、子供用のボールで遊んでくれます。パパの方が上手、パパじゃないとできない育児を探す。（私はファッションセンスがないので、パパに子供の服を購入するときに選んでもらったり、ときどき組み合わせを聞いたりします。）何かパパの好きなところから育児に参入できるようにするといいかもしれませんね。本当におつかれさまです。パパ教育大変だと思います。でも、小さな頃から子供と信頼関係築いておかないと、大きくなってからパパの言うこと聞かないんじゃないかな？このままだとママがパンクしそうなので、心配です。あまり良い案がなくてごめんなさい。259d

    The Green’s vote was only slightly reduced from last time on Saturday night’s figures. This was a good result given that they had to compete with the new KAP for the protest vote and a possible reluctance to risk a hung parliament with the Greens likely to support the ALP when they clearly wanted change. It is worth remembering that there was considerable overlap between the Greens and KAP. (Ex: Coal seam gas.)It is interesting to note that the combined major party vote dropped by over 7%.

    Me parece muy buena propuestaMenudo parque feo el de Valdefierro, a ver si mejora un poco, mucho hormigón para mi gusto, podían quitar algo de gris con vegetación o un concurso de grafitis o muralescon boceto previo y elección, que sean arte y no destrozoscomo otros
